I'm a creative, loving, generous person, who is sometimes too generous and too laid back for my own good. I love to write, cook, read, walk, talk and play with my grandkids.

I've suffered tremendous grief over the last few years and though I still mourn, I know I am stronger for the pain. I love my family all that much more fiercely now.

I want to bring to people an insight on how to eat foods you love without giving up taste, fat, sugar or carbs. I want to share my knowledge of health, beauty, fitness, cooking and more with people.

I take care of my Mom who has Alzheimer's disease so I work from home. Writing keeps me sane. Cooking keeps me active. Being sent free products to test and write about in my column keeps me happy! But my family and friends bring me joy!

I am single and just about ready to find someone to share my craziness with. I'm a good catch, know any single, honest, loyal, genuine, faithful, well-balanced, successful men out there who aren't already taken? lol!
